Overall, the builder had a great vision for the downtown condo building, and surrounding area, which included a parking garage and mixed-use building.The execution of our unit, and the building as a whole, suffers from poor workmanship and a low attention to detail. Communicating and working with the builder to address and repair deficiencies to our unit in a timely manner has been very frustrating and disheartening. The warranty process provided some protection but fell short, in my opinion, enforcing professional accountability and responsibility.The area approved for the construction of a community parking garage and mixed-use building, which is located directly beside the condo building itself, is currently a dirt parking lot and storage area for a construction crew. Shabby plywood boxes cap-off" the previously exposed rebar from the unfinished parking structure. Gross.Overall

Chinese brand that tries to fake its way and claim to be Japanese.

Please think twice before using them, Jeff Petruzella did my appraisal, a four bedroom 3200 sqft brick detched house with basement renovated at 950k in north London near Masonville Mall. I asked numerous real estate agents and they appraised it at around 1.15-1.25. There is a same house on the street beside mine that was sold for 1.349m last week, it is 300ft smaller and not renovated at all! There was another house on the same street as mine that is 1950sqft and sold for 950k last month. I understand if the price is off by a little(within 100k) but this is way off, just not realistic at all, warning to all of you to avoid them if you want to refinance your house because they will screw you over big time!

Very bad service !!! My leasing was over,but Foss charged my money again. I tried to contact with them many times by phone and email and asked them refund to me. Now 45 days passed, I still didn’t receive the refund. Very disappointed!!!
